Scholarship Application

  1. REVIEW YOUR ELIGIBILITY 

CHECK THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:

  • Must be a graduating high school senior class of 2026

  • Accepted by a two or four year College or Technical School fall/winter of 2026 (acceptance letter required)

  • Must include SAT and/or ACT score (optional)

  • G.P.A. of 2.5 or above (must include a copy of official transcript)

  • Must have completed the essay

  • Essay and supporting documents must be received by Tuesday, June 30, 2026

2. PREPARE YOUR DOCUMENTATION

  • Please ensure you have all required documents.

  • Once you have all the required documents please email them to plymouthrocklodge86@gmail.com

  • Please make sure all required documents can be fully accessible through email by the scholarship committee.
